SureSize is our way of giving you total peace of mind. If you happen to measure wrong (hey, it happens), we’ll replace your blind with a new one in the right size. No stress, no additional fee for the insurance, just perfect blinds. Because feeling confident about your home should never come with a price tag.
How it works
Here’s how to use your SureSize Guarantee:
- Take your measurements. Our guides make it simple.
- Place your order. SureSize is automatically included.
- If something’s off, let us know within 30 days.
- Send us a few quick photos. One showing your blind with a tape measure, and one showing your window and the correct size, again with a tape measure.
- We’ll take care of the rest and get your replacement on its way.
That’s it. Simple, friendly, and completely fuss-free.



A little extra peace of mind
SureSize covers up to five blinds per household, and we’ll replace each one once, so you can measure again with confidence. If your new blind is smaller, there’s no refund, but if it’s bigger, you’ll just pay the difference. Delivery’s on us.
It covers blinds only (excluding curtains, outdoor blinds, and shutters). For motorised blinds, we’ll send your replacement ready to retrofit your existing motor, and our team’s always happy to guide you through the process.
